Many experts will tell you how to eat, how to train and how to achieve your personal training goals.  Some will even give you free training to try-out their vision.  No matter how much info or tips are pushed your way, the only thing usually missing, is drive, determination and motivation.

We challenge everyone reading this to remember one of Unik Skill’s philosophies – train for today not tomorrow and focus on the moment. Concentrate on today and believe in yourself.  Do your best and no matter what happens,  tomorrow is a new day.

Train hard, train smart, make a goal and doing something small is better than nothing at all.
